Realistic Couponing: Couponing For Moms With Limited Time

Couponing is presented as a way to save a lot of money, but nearly every guide that explains how to do it lays out a plan that would take hours every week. These methods involve spending time tracking down coupons from several different sources, organizing them, then traveling around town to shop at a bunch of different stores. Fortunately, there is a better way to save money with coupons that takes an hour or less every week.

Best Parenting Commercial from the Big Game

While I wasn't blown away this year with the commercials from the "Big Game" (And even having to say it that way is completely ridiculous, but I digress), there was at least one highlight that parents can certainly appreciate. It came in the 4th quarter from KIA, and focused on the question that will place all parents in deer-in-the-headlights mode..."Where do babies come from?"

Thanksgiving 2012 – What I’m Thankful For

My husband posted about what he was thankful for last year, and I wanted to take a few minutes and write about some things that I am thankful for. I want to start by saying that I am thankful that I am just now writing this on the Sunday after Thanksgiving. My husband is currently driving us back from Tybee Island, Georgia where we spent Thanksgiving with family, so that is the first thing I am thankful for. I am thankful for the family that we got to spend time with. Abby enjoyed spending time with her family, but especially her cousin “Fennedy” and Uncle “Gornon,” who, as we drive back, she keeps asking for. I am thankful for the beautiful weather that we had and the delicious food that we had (a traditional Thanksgiving meal as well as lots of crab and fresh shrimp!).
